This is for customers who currently have a parking permit and have received a temporary user code and password provided in their renewal letters.

If you have already signed up for the Portal and have created an account do NOT use your temporary user code and password again. Go back to the Welcome Page and sign in using your email address and new password you created.

If you have more than one permit and have received multiple letters with a temporary password and user code, please note, you will be prompted to enter those at a later point. You can add them to your account after you sign in under the "FIND MY ADDITIONAL PERMITS" button.
